Nov. 2009 Las Vegas

We met Shawn and Laura in Las Vegas and stayed for two nights. The purpose of the trip was for Laura and I to get to go to see Regis and Kelly taping at the Wynn. We also had a fun slumber party in our hotel room with our two darling granddaughters and Laura and Shawn. Lots of fun, talking, playing, (me getting beat at Scrabble by Laura) and together time. Paul and Shawn took the girls to the Mandalay Bay Hotel to see the shark show while Laura and I were watching the Regis and Kelly taping. A very fun time!!!!!

Mason and Paxton

These two little boys are going to be best friends and it is all starting now. Mason is good at sharing
with Paxton and Paxton has a little mind of his own and is very curious. Scott and Molly are having fun
with their two little cubs! Two of three little Grigoruk boys! (Aiden makes 3)!

Happy Halloween Mia

Just learning to sit up and so sweet. Mia has a heart of gold and is such an easy baby. She seems to observe everything around her and it's fun to see her interact with big sister, Maddie. Laura says they are really starting to play together and there will be lots of that happening in the years to come. What fun to have a big sister like Maddie. What a special gift to have a sweet little sister like Mia. It just doesn't get any better!

Six Darling Grandkids

Yes, it's true, I have six gorgeous grandkids and they're all perfect... no, I mean it, in every way they're perfect. They're darling, smart, creative, intelligent, generous, patient, funny, loving, cuddly, sweet smelling most of the time, and very very loved! You can see for yourself in these pictures! Yes, it's true!

Visit to Grandma & Grandpa's House

Aiden and Emily came over for the evening and had lots of fun. The first thing they do is go behind the couch and get the "big stuffed guys"
and get cozy. They go to the back bedroom and get in the toy closet to choose a container of toys and drag it into the living room. They go to the refrigerator to see what Grandma has (she always has something!) They go to the big room in the back and play with the cars, doll house or request Grandma to put up the "tent". Aiden has recently been using all the couch pillows to make a pretend "trailer" and drags all the toys in there. Emily becomes the little mother and makes all the doll beds up and puts the dolls "to bed". So going to Grandma's house is a busy time... no time for relaxing... play is WORK! Cleanup time is fun... the kids are good little cleaners and put everything away... When Maddie's over she sings the clean up song... "Clean up, Clean up, Clean up"... so cute.

Who's got the binkie?

Mia has her eyes on her sister's hands... which is holding the coveted binkie... Maddie looks like the cheshire cat who swallowed a mouse... she's got the goods!

Visit from Grandkids

Aiden and Emily came over to celebrate Grandpa's birthday. Aiden is wearing his daddy's cub scout shirt and it fits him. How time flies. Emily has a pretend baby in her tummy... soo cute!!!!!!

Emily turns 4

Emily turned 4 and had a little family party with the most darling cake imaginable... She was a little lady and loved having her two grandmas and grandpas there to help celebrate, along with some fun friends. She is picture perfect! Can't believe she's four already!

Aiden got to spend an afternoon with Grandma and Grandpa and we had fun. We picked lemons and made lemonade, Aiden created his own little "trailer" with the toys and furnishings from the doll house and the red chairs, and we went on a lizzard search outside. Great fun at Grandma's!

Visit with Scott & Molly

We had a fun visit with Scott and Molly and Mason and Paxton. The boys are growing and although they were a little sick while we were there, they had lots of fun with Grandma and Grandpa!
